WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED?
We are located in beautiful Southern California in a little beach town just outside of Los Angeles called Hermosa Beach, California!
 
WHERE IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?
All of our jewelry is hand made and fabricated in our workshop in Hermosa Beach, CA.
 
CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM PIECE OF JEWELRY FOR ME?
We do accept requests for custom work!  Email the details of your custom request to: info@jennifercervelli.com
 
HOW LONG DOES CUSTOM WORK TAKE?
Custom work times vary depending on the details of the piece and the method used to create it. On average, a custom order will take at least 4-6 weeks. Wholesale orders can take 2-8 weeks depending on size, most ship within 2 weeks. Each order will be addressed individually with your needs. Wholesale orders cannot be returned, only exchanged if agreed upon by JCJ. 
Simple customizations such as a request for an item with a different gemstone or in a different size can usually be done quickly and may ship in 1-2 weeks. 
  
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Items purchased on the website ship within 3-10 business days. Please contact us if you need an item delivered by a specific date, we are always happy to accommodate rush orders whenever possible. 

Jennifer Cervelli Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages or customs duties and fees. In the event a package is lost, a claim for insurance will be filed and upon settlement of the claim, we will replace the lost item or issue a refund. 

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders shipped within the US (including US territories) are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Upgrades to Priority Mail is available.
 
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
US shipping costs are calculated by item, depending on value, as every order is shipped with postal insurance. Orders over $75 ship FREE!
 
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
In the US, once your order is shipped, you should receive it in 3-10 days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so that you can track your parcel. International shipments take an average of 10-21 days for delivery, but this can be longer if items are held in customs. We are not responsible for customs delays nor any taxes or customs duties that may be incurred. You can check on the duties and fees for your country here: 
 
WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY ITEM?
 We have a full satisfaction guarantee on all jewelry stock items. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days. Shipping charges (either way) are not refunded. Custom work, wholesale orders, and customized items that are made specifically for you cannot be returned for a refund.
If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece, please contact us immediately. We do stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to repair the item. 
 
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
Ring sizing - You may contact us prior to ordering a ring and we will send a reusable finger sizer at no charge.
  
HOW DO I RETURN/ EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your item if you need to return or exchange it. All returns and exchanges must be approved by Jennifer Cervelli Jewelry and then mailed back to us with insurance, we are not responsible for lost packages or taxes/duties, etc. Wholesale orders cannot be returned, but exchanges can be possible if agreed by Jennifer Cervelli Jewelry.
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
As soon as we receive a returned item we will contact you to let you know we got it. All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt.  
 

PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time your order is placed. Custom designs require a 50% deposit to get started. Payment is accepted through our website with all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

If you select "local delivery" as your shipping option, we will email you when your item is ready for delivery and will deliver within 24 hours of that email.

 

 

 

JEWELRY CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend storing your jewelry the linen logo bag or cotton lined logo box we send it to you in, individually, to avoid items scratching one another. Both gold and sterling silver is best stored when not being worn as exposure to the air and elements will accelerate the natural oxidizing of the metal (tarnishing). Most jewelry can be cleaned with a soft toothbrush and dish soap and warm water. Allow jewelry to dry and polish with a soft cloth or polishing cloth.

Your jewelry will tarnish over time due to loving wear and the natural elements. This is normal, and we are happy to offer free cleaning services of your jewelry! Simply email us to set up a cleaning, you just pay for shipping or if you are local to Los Angeles we can arrange a drop off -email us for more info -  info@jennifercervelli.com 

 

REPAIRS

If there is a quality issue or defect in your piece upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We do stand behind the quality of our work and will work with you to repair the item. Contact us in the event your piece needs a repair or sizing and we will advise you on your best option.

We offer a full repair, re-size, re-stringing and re-finishing service for all our products, just contact us!
